Refund policy

At Geli Potion all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges regardless of whether the product has been opened or not. Due to the nature of our products, returned goods cannot be resold due to hygiene, safety, quality, and cross-contamination concerns. This policy is in place to ensure the well-being of all our customers.

Damages and issues
